By enrolling in any course or making any payment to the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1Programme Delivery
- The Academy offers programmes delivered online, physically (in-person), or in a blended format depending on the course.
- Physical training sessions will take place at designated venues communicated to participants prior to commencement.
- Access to virtual platforms, physical classes, learning materials, or facilities is subject to successful payment and enrollment confirmation.
2Course Fees
- Course fees are clearly stated on the Academy's website, registration forms, or official communication channels.
- Fees may vary based on programme type, duration, delivery mode (online or physical), and any promotional offers.
- All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦), British Pounds Sterling (£) or United States Dollars (USD $), depending on the selected payment option.
3Payment Structure
- Participants are required to make full payment or an approved installment payment before access to course content, platforms, or physical classes is granted.
- Where installment plans are available, participants must comply strictly with the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the programme.
4Accepted Currencies and Exchange Rates
- The Academy accepts payments in Nigerian Naira (₦), British Pounds Sterling (£) and United States Dollars (USD $).
- Currency conversions are determined by the payment processor or financial institution at the time of transaction.
- The Academy is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges imposed by banks or payment service providers.
5Accepted Payment Methods

Payments processed through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and timelines.
6Payment Confirmation and Enrollment

- The Academy shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details, failed transactions, or unsubmitted proof of payment.
7Refund Policy
- All payments made to the Academy are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly stated in writing.

- Withdrawal after programme commencement
- Absence from physical training sessions or online classes
- If a programme is cancelled by the Academy, participants may be offered a refund or transfer to another programme at the Academy's discretion.
8Deferrals, Transfers, and Attendance
- Requests to defer enrollment to a future cohort must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
- Approved deferrals or programme transfers may attract administrative fees.
- Course fees are not transferable to another individual.
- Participants enrolled in physical training are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
9Late or Missed Payments
Late or missed payments under an installment plan may result in:
- Suspension of access to online learning platforms
- Restriction from physical classes, live sessions, or assessments
- Disqualification from certification
Continued default may lead to permanent termination of enrollment without refund.
10Taxes and Transaction Charges
- Course fees exclude applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees unless otherwise stated.
- Participants are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their bank or payment service provider.
11Changes to Fees, Schedules, and Terms
- The Academy reserves the right to amend course fees, training schedules, venues, and payment terms where necessary.
- Such changes will not affect participants who have already completed payment for an ongoing programme.
12Dispute Resolution
- Payment-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
- The Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
- Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by applicable laws.
13Acceptance of Terms
By making payment and enrolling in any programme, you confirm your acceptance of these Payment Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
